The Men's Rights Movement in India is composed of various Men's Rights Organisations. The movement notes several issues with the bias against men in India. Anti Dowry laws in India are frequently being misused to harass and *extort husbands, and attributed this to the high suicide rate among married men in India, which almost twice that of women, Divorce and child custody laws biased against men.
The frequency of domestic violence against men has increased in recent years, and that many cases go unreported as men feel too ashamed to report abuse, or fear false accusations against them in reprisal. Rape reporting laws and sexual harassment laws in India is unfair to men also. Now there is a strong lobby for legatizing "Marital Rape", which is another Black Spot in India Law.
A Man's dignity is no less than a Women's dignity. Time to have "Laws" protecting dignity of Men. Laws which are biased towards One Genger can never protect a society. Misandry is as bad as misogyny.
